Nanwan Monkey Island is the only tropical island type macaque nature reserve in China and the world, which is located in Nanwan Peninsula about 14 kilometers south of Lingshui Li Autonomous County. The peninsula is an ideal paradise for macaques to live and multiply. In addition to the Macaque Reserve, the island also has beautiful tropical scenery, the style of Dan family's fishing platoon called the "sea market", and the "Tonglou fishing fire", one of the eight ancient Lingshui landscapes.

Niuling mountain ridge line on Fenjiezhou Island is the north-south boundary in the east of Hainan Island. The northern part of the island is dominated by plain terrain and the southern part is dominated by mountains. This geographical boundary forms a climatic boundary. Standing on Fenjiezhou Island, you can often see the spectacle of Niuling, "Niutou Rain, Niuwei Clear".
