Jay Chou's 2025 "Carnival" World Tour - Sanya Stop will be held on March 28th, 29th, and 30th, 2025, at Sanya Sports Center Egret Stadium. To provide our audience with a quality viewing experience and strive to create a fair and orderly ticket purchase environment, in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Regulation of Large Commercial Performances to Promote Healthy and Orderly Development of the Performance Market" (WLYSF [2023] No. 96) jointly issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Ministry of Public Security, this performance will implement a real-name ticketing and real-name entry system. Each ID can only purchase one ticket, and the purchaser's identity information must match the entrant's. Ticket holders must carry their original ID for verification upon entry. When entering the venue after ticket inspection, they must present their original ID. During security checks, the gate machine will verify the consistency of the face, ID, and ticket information before allowing entry. Juveniles without ID cards must carry their household registration booklet and pass through the manual channel for verification before entry. If the information filled in during ticket purchase is incorrect, resulting in inability to enter, or if any of the above information does not match causing entry failure, it is unrelated to the organizing unit and ticketing unit. All consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the ticket purchaser themselves.
Explanation and Notice Regarding "Seat Distribution" and "Poor Viewing Seats"
1.The seat areas corresponding to each ticket price for this performance are based on the ticket area maps published by various ticketing platforms for reference.
2.Due to the design of some performance content, stage design, and audio setup for this performance, the performers' positions are not fixed, which may result in limited "poor viewing or partially obstructed views" in certain areas. To ensure performance quality and a good viewing experience for the audience, special notice is given regarding this situation. If the ticket purchaser successfully completes the purchase, it represents that they are aware of and accept the risk of potential "poor viewing or partially obstructed views."
The following are the ticketing instructions for this performance:
I. Due to the distinctive timeliness and specificity of large commercial performances, please carefully choose the performance time and make ticket purchases prudently. Avoid blindly rushing to grab tickets for resale, inflating ticket prices, making malicious complaints, or other behaviors that disrupt the performance market order.
II. To ensure the normal hosting of large events and maintain normal performance market order. Considering various factors comprehensively and carefully, our company establishes a refund mechanism for large performances in accordance with Article 3, Paragraph 9, of the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Regulation of Large Commercial Performances to Promote Healthy and Orderly Development of the Performance Market": "The performance organizing unit shall establish a refund mechanism for large performance activities and set reasonable tiered refund fees to safeguard the legitimate refund rights of ticket purchasers." The refund rules for this event are hereby set as follows (subject to the official ticket sale time announced by the organizer on the ticketing platform):
(1) Unconditional Refund:
Within 48 hours after the official start of the pre-sale, i.e., from 11:58 AM on January 9th to 11:58:59 AM on January 11th, and within the official customer service working hours (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM), unconditional refunds can be processed.
(2) Conditional Refund:
A. After the deadline for "Unconditional Refund" until 11:59:59 PM on January 21st, 2025, a refund handling fee of 20% of the actual payment for the returned ticket will be charged.
B. From 11:59:59 PM on January 21st, 2025, to 11:59:59 PM on March 19th, 2025, a refund handling fee of 30% of the actual payment for the returned ticket will be charged.
(3) Stop Refund:
Refunds will be stopped from 12:00 AM on March 20th, 2025.
Important Notice:
Refund arrival times are subject to the rules of each payment channel. Each platform's "Unconditional Refund" only supports full order refunds, meaning if there are multiple tickets under one order number, they cannot be refunded separately. Only all tickets in the entire order can be refunded. Once a refund application is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn.
Rules for Handling Repeated Ticket Purchases Across Multiple Platforms:
1.This performance adopts a real-name ticketing and entry system. One ID can only correspond to one ticket for this performance. Consumers cannot use the same ID to purchase tickets for this performance repeatedly through different ticketing channels.
2.Based on the aforementioned regulations, please be aware, acknowledge, and agree that if you use the same ID to purchase tickets for this performance through different ticketing channels, resulting in repeated audience members in your ticket purchase orders on this platform and other ticketing platforms, upon discovery by the ticketing platform, all your ticket purchase orders for this performance across all ticketing platforms will be cancelled as a whole (full order refund).
