June 30: The main structure of the Hainan International Cultural Relics and Artwork Exchange Center project in the Sanya Estuary area was fully topped out after the final concrete pour.
Since the main structure construction commenced in December 2024, the project team adopted a "battle-ready start, sprint from day one" approach, tackling challenges in progress, safety, quality, and cost simultaneously. Facing weather challenges such as high temperatures, heavy rain, and typhoons, builders worked day and night, innovatively implementing a "sectional construction + dynamic adjustment" model to efficiently achieve project milestones.
A representative of the project contractor, China Construction Dacheng Construction Co., Ltd., stated that they will meticulously organize construction with high quality and standards, aiming for the higher goal—the "Luban Prize"—and contribute a benchmark project to the Hainan Free Trade Port.
Representatives from the Sanya Central Business District Administration and Sanya Business District Development and Construction Co., Ltd. stated that they will fully support the project construction, continuously optimize services, monitor progress, coordinate to resolve difficulties, promote early completion and effectiveness, and ensure the high-quality completion of the annual construction tasks.

As a key construction project in Hainan Province, the Exchange Center has a total floor area of 74,000 square meters. It encompasses large temporary exhibition spaces, cultural relics shops, auction trading areas, multifunctional halls, and integrates comprehensive offices, exhibition spaces, conference facilities, and reception areas. It serves as a core platform for Sanya to build a complete cultural and artistic industry chain. Upon completion, it will become China's first coastal cultural complex integrating cultural relics exhibition and sales, artwork auctions, and international cultural exchange functions.
